Al Wishes you a Merry Christmas

This is Al, a four-foot Alberta Spruce that lives in our front yard. The boys decorated him with lights this year and made him look pretty cool, but then tonight it snowed. I opened the front door to see what was banging against the house---turned out to be the wind chimes---and saw Al. The snow had covered the lights enough to make them glow, and had turned this little tree into something truly beautiful.

I grabbed my tripod and spent about ten minutes taking some photos, and the images turned out fantastic; worthy of a post, I thought. Click the picture for a larger version of the image.
